Primeira parada: vinícola de Emanuela Tamburini, uma jovem empreendedora que soube dar valor aos preceitos da família e construiu ali uma bela empresa. Eles fazem 4 IGTS, 2 DOCGs, 1 Brunello de Montalcino, Vin Santo, Grappa e olio de oliva.
Fomos recebidos para uma degustação dos seus vinhos, harmonizados com pratos da culinária Toscana.
Depois, fomos conhecer o processo produtivo da extração do olio de oliva – ainda que as máquinas estejam paradas, pois não é a estação de lavoro do olio por aqui (que é outubro), mas pudemos degustar todas as variedades de azeites produzidos ali e aromatizados com uma infinidade de aromas diversos.
Organizar programas de viagens, acompanhar nossos hóspedes, vivenciar com eles momentos de alegria e descontração, conhecimento, cultura e história desse belíssimo território é o que nos move e nos enche de alegria.
